At its core, The Lab is a safe place for local middle and high school youth to go in the evenings, to participate in individual skill-development basketball drills, build long-term mentoring relationships with caring adults, improve their fitness, and to be exposed to cool technology in an appealing context. Drills at The Lab are measurable and youth set personal goals and work with the Coach-Mentors to create a plan to achieve them. Youth should arrive ready to work hard, try their best, and improve their basketball skillset.  We have a great group of Coach-Mentors who are here to support, challenge, and teach every youth that comes through the doors.  The Lab is a place that is just as much a fit for the elite player looking to play in college as it is for a complete novice to the game.
